Today I bring you a special post, and it is that with these heats we need vitamins to face the days with joy and good humor.
We are going to prepare a delicious spinach and pear smoothie!
Yes, yes, it's great even if it's green 🙃.
The first time I made this smoothie I only added spinach (you can imagine how flavorful it was). Since I didn't like it at all, I opened the fridge and saw that it had almost poached pears. I crushed them and added them to the spinach, that's how the magic happened! The taste changed completely, it no longer tasted like grass!
I liked it so much that now I repeat it very often, especially for snacks or lunches.
Let's go to the mess.

- 150 grams of clean spinach.
- 2 ripe conference pears
- 250 grams of very cold water. (Another option would be to add ice cubes to make a granita).
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave. (Optional. I don't usually add it because I really like the flavor of the smoothie without sweetening).



- Wash the pears and, without peeling, cut them into pieces. If you don't like the skin you can peel them.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender jar.
- We crush.



As you will have verified, it is very simple and very fast to do.
