Today I bring you a special post, and it is that with these heats we need vitamins to face the days with joy and good humor.

We are going to prepare a delicious spinach and pear smoothie!

Yes, yes, it's great even if it's green 🙃.

The first time I made this smoothie I only added spinach (you can imagine how flavorful it was). Since I didn't like it at all, I opened the fridge and saw that it had almost poached pears. I crushed them and added them to the spinach, that's how the magic happened! The taste changed completely, it no longer tasted like grass!

I liked it so much that now I repeat it very often, especially for snacks or lunches.

Let's go to the mess.

Ingredients
  • 150 grams of clean spinach.
  • 2 ripe conference pears
  • 250 grams of very cold water. (Another option would be to add ice cubes to make a granita).
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave. (Optional. I don't usually add it because I really like the flavor of the smoothie without sweetening).

Steps
  1. Wash the pears and, without peeling, cut them into pieces. If you don't like the skin you can peel them.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender jar.
  3. We crush.
